We loved our stay at the inn, we stayed in the Staniford Quarters and had plenty of room for four of us. The location was easy to find and quiet, our rooms were comfortable, staff is quick to respond to any requests, and the Ipswich inn cafe was DELICIOUS! Would definitely stay here again! Only note I have is that we did get stuck on Halloween night not knowing all the roads surrounding the inn get blocked off for trick or treating, not a big deal but a good fyi for the future.

Stayed at the inn on a business trip to the area, booked very last minute and their team was super responsive in getting the room details to me to check in even though it was late. I stayed in the carriage house so didn't see the main inn. It was fine, nothing fancy, and very basic, felt a bit like a dorm room, but it was comfortable. I appreciated the in room Keurig, microwave, fridge. and how clean the room was. The restaurant next to the inn was super busy, and the breakfast (not included in the room) was really good, and the staff super nice.

A 10! I can tell so much love has been put into the redo of the Inn. It has been done so well. You truly have such a sweet place there. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, the decor, the over all vibe of the Inn. We felt right at home and felt the nostalgia of the town as well. Loved the convenience of commuter rail station in town, we walked each day to catch the train. Will highly recommend! Two suggestions- maybe a couple of bottles of water in the rooms or a water bottle filler in the main area and possibly a small fan in the room. Thank you for a great stay!

We were so comfortable staying at the Ipswich Inn! Communication ahead of time was seamless. The room was spotless and the common spaces made the Inn feel like home. We ate at the cafe in the morning and had a lovely breakfast. Afterward, we met up with our friends and walked to downtown. Perfect location, extremely comfortable stay.

Ipswich Inn was outstanding. It felt like it was my own home. All of the needed accommodations were present from an extremely comfortable bed, to closet space, and a full bathroom. Great view of the historic local homes. Certainly a place to put on my to do list again. I was attending a family wedding at a local venue , this was the perfect location. The local town businesses were a short distance away. Although I didn’t have breakfast at the Inn, it certainly was the place to have local fare. Encountered their staff as well as the “cleaning” staff, all were cordial and professional. As a side note, I even removed my shoes as not to carry in sand or snow. I highly recommend the Ipswich Inn.

My favorite place to visit in winter. 🤍 The rooms are cozy and clean. It's a quick walk into downtown where there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. And it's the perfect home base to return to after spending a day hiking the dunes at crane beach or enjoying a scenic drive along the coast. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Very cute and clean. Good pricing. Heat works very very well. stayed in the smallest room Bracy and it wasn’t too small at all. Beware of stairs depending where your room is!

Stayed for a night in a cozy guest room on the third floor. The nice traditional-looking house with a couple of rooms on each floor located in the residential area, where a fancy living room was next to the main entrance, open to all the guests. Enjoyed the stay very much wondering around the town in the walking distance. Modern management with the virtual reception through texting. Found the concepts well-blended with the scenery and was a gentle, refreshing moment.
